Upload your files

If your files are digital (scanned copies), you can upload them via a secure FTP server, through our website, in order to save the time and the cost involved in sending the files. This service is available 24 hours 7 days a week.

Confidentiality

Office Support and its employees, are bound to treat with the utmost confidentiality any data made available to them in the context of typing projects and not disclose information to any third party. Office Support will also sign a confidentiality agreement.

How do I know that the text you have typed is 100% accurate and free of mistakes?
Upon the completion of typing, the text is fully proofread versus the original, in order to minimize the risk of typos. The typed text is an accurate copy of the original, although this does not mean that if we identify any spelling error we will not correct it. In case that you wish the typed text to be further edited, we can do this as well.
What is the usual delivery time for typing a text?

The time of delivery depends on the length and the complexity of the text.  Indicatively, for typing 20 pages of handwritten text in Greek, we will need three working days.  This time also includes quality controls for completeness and accuracy.  In case you have a pressing deadline, let us know in order to come up with the best solution.

In case typed texts must be delivered earlier than the proposed date, the express delivery option is available, following prior communication.

Do you also deliver print outs or just the electronic file?
We can also deliver a printout (hard copy) as well, which can also be binded (plastic ring binders or glue binding). If you require print outs, please let us know upon commissioning.
What is the format in which typed texts are delivered?

All typed texts are delivered either in the form of Word document (typing of texts) or in the form of an Excel file (data entry). The typed text can be formatted according to specific requirements, e.g. student theses, abstracts for congresses, book drafts for submission to publishers, contracts, articles of incorporation for companies, manuals, bids for tenders, curriculum vitae etc.

How much will it cost me?

The cost for typing plain texts is calculated based on the actual number of words typed (word count in Microsoft Word), regardless of number of pages or format (e.g. small or large margins and fonts, wide spacing etc.). For example, if your text is half a page, you will not be charged for a full page but only for the number of words which were actually typed.

The cost for data entry is calculated per entry, taking into consideration the number and the type of fields, as well as the total number of entries. For very small files, a minimum charge is applicable.

If typed texts must be delivered earlier, the express delivery option is available, following prior communication.  In this case, you should be aware that there is a surcharge (30%).

In case that the client wishes to make any modifications on the typed text delivered, there is an additional cost per working hour.

How do I pay?

Upon completion, we issue the respective invoice (or receipt), on credit. Invoices are sent through e-mail as Office Support uses e-invoicing, while receipts are sent via regular mail.  Payment is made in advance, either through a bank deposit to the company’s accounts or in cash. Projects cannot be delivered unless fully paid.
