How soon can you deliver transcriptions? Print
Not all transcription assignments are related to the same degree of difficulty and do not require the same amount of time, so the timings are based on the particularities of each audio file.  For example, the number of participants as well as the quality of the sound will drastically affect the speed of transcription.  In general, if there are only few speakers and good sound quality, the shorter the time needed for transcription.

Office Support provides two alternatives for delivery:
Usual/regular delivery for audio files up to 4 hours, is done in approximately 3-4 working days.  For larger audio files, the delivery will be estimated for each project separately, following our telephone conversation and our written proposal.

Express deliveries, for audio files up to 4 hours, we can deliver transcripts within 48 hours.  Express deliveries are subject to availability and the total volume of the work to be transcribed.

Please note that the cost for express deliveries bears a premium of 20% added to regular delivery prices.  For all express deliveries, it is imperative that we are informed ahead of time through telephone contact and agree on specific timings for audio files larger than 4 hours.
We will start transcribing as soon as we receive the audio files.  The delivery of transcripts will be done according to the timings stated on our proposal.  In case that the quality of the sound is not good or in case of any other issues affecting quality or timings, Office Support will contact you immediately.

In any case, Office Support has the right to revise delivery timings or even cancel assignments, if the quality of sound is so poor that it cannot be transcribed.  If you know that the quality of the sound is not satisfactory, a sample of the audio should be send to us prior to commissioning, so that we can prepare a more accurate proposal in terms of delivery timings, taking into consideration the quality of the sound.
