| What are the steps for audio transcriptions? |

We strongly suggest that you go through the audio transcriptions section of our website as well as the full section of transcription related FAQs. In any case, you should request a quote, providing information on the specific project. You will receive our proposal within 48 hours. The next step is your written acceptance of our proposal (or commissioning form to be signed). At the same time Office Support will provide you with a signed confidentiality form. Please note that unless we have your official commissioning, we cannot start transcribing your files. You will then have to send us your audio files (either through our website upload service or by mail/courier) along with any material that might facilitate the transcription. We will start transcribing the audio file as soon as it reaches our office. The delivery of transcripts will be done according to schedule, as stated in our proposal. In case of any problems affecting quality or timings, Office Support will contact you immediately. Upon delivery of the transcripts, our accounting will issue the respective invoice, with the agreed payment terms, which will be sent to you via regular mail or along with the return of your material (in case of physical material). In the case of individuals, the cost must be settled upon delivery. For individuals located outside Athens, the cost must be settled prior to delivery of the transcript. |
