Based on our experience, we have decided that the only fair way to charge clients is based on the number of transcribed words instead of per audio hour, as other companies prefer.  As an indication, a one hour audio file, seldom exceeds 30 pages of 250 words each or 7.500 words total.  Our unit is 250 words of transcribed words, which comprise what we call a page.  In any case, the invoicing is done based on the total number of transcribed words.
In case of express deliveries, a premium of 20% is added to the regular cost.
